02. Experience

Together with my sister, we have a big passion for cooking & baking that we like to share by making and baking delicious fresh homemade delicacies.

Since our childhood, we have both been in the kitchen baking cakes, pastries, biscuits, chocolates, you name it. A restaurant has always been our dream, and now that we are young adults, we finally dared to take the risk by buying over our Opel Blitz in 2020. After a year of renovation, the original fire truck was converted into a real food truck.

From our food truck, we want to share our specialty, waffles, but also other sweet or savoury snacks with everyone. With our products, we want to create an enjoyable moment for you, together with your partner, family or friends. Our products are always freshly made with local ingredients from our home region of De Noordoostpolder.

Thanks to our creative, innovative mindset, we will continue to innovate and develop, to create the best products that will give a memorable moment!

Starting this food truck evoked mainly out of a passion and combining things we both like to do. While deviding tasks I mainly focus on the socials, the recipe development but also that everything is in stock while managing the workflow.

By having a food truck it is easy to try things out which I really like to do. While testing new recipes I always talk with customers or gather feedback via social media. This start-up teaches me many things that I can implement in corporate companies but the mission is to further develop this concept in the future towards a real restaurant. Focussing on dining experience, sustainability and home made goods.

02 . Experience

We mainly do markets, events and caterings, but also focus on special days a year such as our valentine boxes that we did a few years in a row. We are flexible and creative in our way of thinking and try to align with requests, give the expected experiences and every time collect personal learnings.
