Hessing Project.
Investigated the shelf life of lettuce in sustainable plastic packaging. In collaboration with Hessing, which is experimenting with a new growing method for water lettuce grown without pesticides, artificial fertilisers, or medication, I researched suitable packaging solutions to extend shelf life while maintaining product quality. As a result, practical packaging recommendations were provided, and a new packaging design was developed.
